Account Center Control Panel
The SpacePhone Account Center Control Panel is the one online location where you can see all the information
you need about your account. The Control Panel lists your basic information
and has the links to all your other account center management features.
The Call History page lists all calls made and received. Choose any time period to view call activity.
Sort calls by date and time, type of call, number called, and more.
The Calling Rates page lets you determine the rate for any call that is out of plan (not included
in your monthly fee). This could be calls to countries not included in your rate, for example to Japan,
or calls beyond your monthly plan minutes, for example, if you have the 300 minute plan and talk more than
300 minutes in any given month.
The Billing History page provides information such as the billing cycle, payments made and monthly charges to date.
You can access your billing history from the beginning of your service to the present.
The Add Funds page give you an automated mechanism to add reserve funds to your account in order to make
calls that are out of plan. This is available to you 24/7. All out of plan calls require a prepaid reserve fund. As you make out of plan calls,
these funds are debited. The Control Panel shows you the amount of reserve funds remaining.
The Voicemail page allows you to manage your Voicemaill Plus features and messages, including
listening to your messages online. You can set up email notification for voice messages, change
the email address for notification, delete emails, and adjust other Voicemail/SpacePhone features.
The Manage Features page allows you to manage your service features online. These include Caller ID,
Call Forwarding, Call Blocking, Do Not Disturb, Account Balance Announcement, Bandwidth Optimization and more.
These features can also be controlled right from your phone.
